Mandarin Language Class

On September 2, 2024, TMAI launched its CSR Mandarin Class Program for prospective employees in collaboration with government institutions, BUPP, PU, KADIR, and several universities. This initiative is part of a joint effort with the Kendal Regency Government to prepare a skilled and job-ready workforce.

The program is designed to improve participants’ Mandarin language proficiency and overall job readiness, enhancing their competitiveness in the industrial sector. TMAI Director, Xu Ming, emphasized that Mandarin language skills play a crucial role, particularly in facilitating smooth technology transfer processes and ensuring effective communication in the workplace.

Through this program, TMAI demonstrates its commitment to supporting human resource development while also addressing the evolving needs of the industry.

Collaboration between PT TMAI and Goverment Institution

This program aims to improve the quality of human resources through Mandarin language training and job-related skills development to support technology transfer and enhance workforce readiness in industrial areas. In addition, it is expected to help reduce unemployment and poverty while fulfilling companies’ needs for skilled labor, thereby increasing productivity and supporting business growth.

The program is implemented through Mandarin language training combined with job skills tailored to industry needs, involving collaboration between the government, companies, and educational institutions. Participants will receive both theoretical and practical learning, along with guidance throughout the program. Upon completion, participants will be assisted and connected with job opportunities in industrial areas based on their competencies.
