Industrial Class & Mandarin Language Class
On August 21, 2025, TMAI launched the CSR Mandarin Class and Industry Class in collaboration with SMKN 2 Kendal. This program aims to strengthen students’ language proficiency and industrial skills as preparation for entering the workforce, while also supporting the development of future-ready talent aligned with industry needs. This initiative also reflects TMAI’s commitment to preparing high-quality human resources to address the challenges and opportunities of the demographic bonus.

Collaboration between PT TMAI and SMK N 2 Kendal
The CSR Industrial Class program conducted by TMAI at SMKN 2 aims to enhance students’ competencies and prepare them for the professional working environment, particularly in the manufacturing and technology industries. Through this program, students gain direct insights into industrial processes, professional work culture, and an introduction to the technologies and operational standards commonly used in the industry.

The industrial class activities are carried out through several learning methods, including material presentations delivered by the TMAI team regarding industrial processes and technologies, interactive discussion sessions with students, and simple hands-on practices designed to introduce technical concepts in a practical way. In addition, students are encouraged to actively participate in group activities to develop teamwork, problem-solving skills, and a better understanding of industrial work processes.
This program is expected to serve as a bridge between the education sector and the industrial world, enabling students to gain valuable knowledge, skills, and better readiness before entering the workforce.
