Empowering the Next Generation for a Sustainable Energy Future
On June 11, 2016, PT Trina Mas Agra Indonesia warmly welcomed a total of 143 students and accompanying teachers from SMKN 3 Semarang for an industrial visit to the company's manufacturing facility in Kendal.
The visit was organized to provide students with practical insights into the production processes of solar cells and photovoltaic modules, as well as an understanding of quality standards and workplace practices in the renewable energy industry.
PT Trina Mas Agra Indonesia hopes that this experience will inspire and prepare the younger generation for future careers in the industrial sector. The activity also serves as an important bridge between vocational education and industry, strengthening collaboration in developing skilled human resources.
